A edição 2023 do Emmy, maior premiação da televisão americana, anunciou os indicados às suas estatuetas. A série com maior número de indicações é “Succession”, da HBO, com 27 nomes concorrendo às categorias técnicas (que são anunciadas em um evento separado) e principais.
“The Last of Us” vem na segunda posição entre as produções com mais indicações, com 24. Após o drama pós-apocalíptico, está “The White Lotus”, com 23, e a comédia “Ted Lasso”, com 21. A HBO é a empresa mais presente, acumulando 74 disputas no total.
A cerimônia do Emmy está marcada para o dia 18 de setembro, em Los Angeles. Contudo, existe a possibilidade da premiação ser adiada devido à greve de roteiristas – e a iminente dos atores – em Hollywood, que tem paralisado gravações e até premiações.
